2. We send you a text the night before we’re due to visit.
3. We clean your windows then leave a calling card so you know we have been (though your sparkling windows should speak for themselves!).
4. We request payment via GoCardless who Email you to confirm.
5. Your payment is collected safely and securely by GoCardless within 3-5 days, using AbbeyWindowCleaning as the reference.
6. All payments are covered by the direct debit guarantee. You have our 24 hour guarantee in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our cleaning and by using our service, you agree to our terms and conditions found below.
