Our state-of-the-art water-fed pole system reaches up to the fifth floor, cleaning windows and sills from the safety of the ground.

We also make our own purified water!

Our commercial-grade water purification system removes all the chlorine, minerals and natural contaminants leaving 100% pure water. This means we leave fantastic, streak-free windows, every time.

We use only the best brushes specifically designed for window cleaning, attached to lightweight carbon-fibre poles to reach large buildings and over conservatories and extensions.

Gutter Clearance

Gutter clearance using our high-power, camera-mounted gutter vacuum machines. We remove the natural build up of debris preventing damp, leaks and property damage.

You’d be surprised at some of the things we find in gutters, from tennis balls to ketchup bottles!

We use the best machines available to suck up excess water, clumps of moss, twigs and leaves (and other miscellaneous objects!) ensuring you don’t encounter problems come winter.

We can reach large buildings and over conservatories and extensions to clear your gutters and downspouts, from the safety of the ground.

We can also provide before and after photos so you can rest easy in the knowledge that your gutters are free flowing, as they should be.

uPVC Cleaning

Traditional Window Cleaning

Using the traditional squeegee and applicator method, we can give your windows the care and attention they deserve.

We started out cleaning traditionally back in 1981 and all of our team have been trained with the “old school” method of cleaning windows.
The Abbey Window Cleaning team have years of experience and are all experts with a squeegee!

Roof Cleaning and Moss Removal

“We don’t jetwash!”

Moss commonly grows in the gaps in mortar causing cracks, damage and loose tiles on your roof, which can lead to water ingress to your loft space.

Our PASMA trained team build and dismantle our mobile scaffold tower to access a working height, safely and efficiently. We lightly scrape the moss from your roof with specialist tools made to fit your exact roof tile design.

All debris is then cleared from your gutters and removed from site, using our waste-carriers licence.

We then apply a professional grade, softwash treatment to the roof to kill off any remaining moss, algae and lichen and prevent it returning.

There are laws in place to ensure harmful chemicals and acids are not applied to your roof. We have Chester’s first City & Guilds accredited softwash technician, following the correct protocols and using only the best, licensed products.

We can also offer 100% organic products to eliminate the use of chemical cleaning altogether.
